Refund Policy

Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing.

Your right to cancel an order

The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received your products.

Please note when placing order at customer details we require full name and address of person accepting to make payment for goods on their card if shipping details are different please state them on order together with any additional information which may be necessary. We are unable to leave the goods if you are not there to accept delivery.

You will receive a email to say goods have been despatched.

If you do not receive items 24 hours after having received the email saying goods have been despatched and you have not been notified that the delvery has been attempted please email sales@intexspares.co.uk and we shall be happy to check the situation.

You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel an order please phone 020 8363 7249 or e-mail sales@intexspares.co.uk  and quote your order reference number.

Please note that a handling charge of 20% will be applied unless the goods were delivered in a faulty condition.

Please note that on any orders that we accept for cancellation the actual cost of original shipping will be applied as a charge, unless the goods were delivered in a faulty condition.

Any orders that are accepted for return after the seven-day cooling off period will have the actual cost of original shipping applied as a charge and also a further 20% restocking charge. All products must be unopened in their original packaging.

Ordering

All prices quoted are in sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated. Due to possible fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Errors and omissions accepted.

Security online

We offer secure online ordering though Protx to ensure your financial safety and make online purchasing convenient and worry-free. However, we realize that some customers do not feel comfortable ordering online. For this reason, we provide our 020 8363 7249 to place an order.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and switch. Cheques are accepted on orders received via mail.

Delivery

For UK mainland, delivery is free on orders over £50, on orders below this amount a £5.70 charge will be applied.  
Please allow three to five working days for your orders to arrive. We understand that you may need your supplies as a matter of urgency and as such we will attempt at all times to provide a next day delivery service.

Clean & Simple water treatment product range are individually packaged and comply with new UN regulations being introduced in 2004 relating to the transportation of hazardous goods (carriage of dangerous goods by road and rail).
