Q: Does my garden have to be completely level and flat?

A: Yes if you attempt to put any above ground pool up on uneven ground it will make the pool unsafe and could result in the pool collapsing.

Q: Should I be changing the water every couple of days if the water looks dirty?

A: No Not if you’re using a Filter/Pump and good quality chemicals you should only need to fill the pool once and top up as needed. This should keep your pool water safe and clean.

Q: How often should I change the filter cartridge?

A: At least every two or three weeks sometimes more often, it depends on how much the pool is used and if the cartridge gets blocked up with debris

Q: Do I need to put chemicals in my pool it’s only a 10ft pool?

A: Yes it doesn’t matter if it’s a 10ft Easy Set Pool or an Olympic size swimming pool both need to use chemicals, to keep the water safe and clean.

Q: How easy is it to set up an Intex pool?

A: Very easy with every Intex Pool comes full instructions and DVD/Video.

Q: What should I buy a solar cover or a heater to warm my pool up this summer?

A: A solar cover will retain heat and warm it up slightly in sunlight but if you have a heater this will heat your pool to the desired temperature, we recommend you use both  it will cut down on running costs and will save you money in the long run.

Q: I have a pool which looks the same as the Intex pool on your site are they the same just a different name.

A: No Intex is completely different, Intex spares and accessories only fit Intex Pools. I suggest if you need spares or parts contact your pool supplier
